Speed Park Oasiz (karting eléctrico)

The track

Speed Park Oasiz is an indoor electric go-kart track located inside the Oasiz shopping center in Torrejón de Ardoz, east of the Madrid metropolitan area. It combines two features that are rare in this directory: it is one of only two indoor go-kart tracks in the Community of Madrid, and one of five in all of Spain with an entirely electric fleet out of 136 verified tracks.

This dual distinction defines the experience. Since it’s indoors, the weather doesn’t matter: you can drive just as easily in January as in the middle of August—which, in Madrid, is a major selling point in both cases. And with no internal combustion engine, there’s no noise or smell of gasoline, making it more comfortable to visit with children or in a large group and allowing you to chat between runs. An electric kart also delivers torque from a standstill, so exiting a turn is more immediate and less dependent on keeping the engine at a certain RPM—it’s usually easier for first-time drivers.

Being located in a shopping center adds the obvious benefits—parking, covered walkways, restaurants nearby—and a practical advantage: the track’s hours don’t have to match the center’s. It’s a good idea to confirm the hours before you go. Torrejón de Ardoz is twenty-five minutes from Madrid via the A-2 and is served by the Cercanías commuter rail.
