Ocius Park (karting)

The track

Ocius Park is a multi-adventure park located on the M-104 highway, at kilometer 10, in the municipality of Colmenar Viejo, north of Madrid, and go-karting is one of its activities—not the entire facility. That distinction matters, which is why it’s highlighted right at the start: anyone looking for a dedicated track, with timed sessions and racing equipment, is probably looking for something else; anyone wanting a day out with various activities—with go-karts as just one of them—has found the right place.

This is the ideal setup for a group with diverse interests—a birthday party, a corporate event, or a family with members of varying ages—where not everyone wants to spend the afternoon just driving laps. It has a restaurant and a terrace, so you can spend the whole day there without leaving the premises.

The listed hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a marked reduction in the summer: in July and August, only from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This is the opposite of what most attractions in the province do—which extend their afternoon hours in the summer—and is due to the midday heat in the northern mountains.

Colmenar Viejo is about thirty minutes from downtown Madrid via the M-607, on the way to the mountains.
