Karting Ceutí

The track

Karting Ceutí is an outdoor track located at kilometer 7 of the MU-533 highway, next to the Los Molinillos roundabout, about fifteen minutes from the city of Murcia. At 462 meters, it is the shortest of the circuits in the province listed in this directory, and its appeal lies precisely in its layout.

The track is between seven and eleven meters wide depending on the section, has six left-hand turns and two right-hand turns, and features an optional chicane in the middle of the main straight that allows drivers to change their line without switching tracks. The truly unique feature is that it has no curbs along the edges, and this has a twofold consequence: it can be driven in both directions—which, in practice, means two distinct racing lines—and the driver has no physical reference points to guide the turn, so the racing line depends entirely on the driver.

It rents karts in five categories—baby, child, super junior, two-seater, and adult—with timing accurate to the millisecond for children, cadets, and adults. Beyond rentals, it also operates as a karting school, sells karts, and has a workshop and garage for private karts—making it more of a club than a purely recreational track. Group programs follow the full race format: briefing, free practice, timed practice, and the race.

Two things to note before you go. As of October 2023, motorcycle practice sessions—including minibikes and pit bikes—are no longer allowed, and competitive kart practice sessions are reserved for members; however, rentals remain open to everyone. Also, the winter schedule is limited—Friday afternoons and weekends—and the facility closes when it rains, so it’s best to call ahead if the weather is uncertain.
