Málaga has seven circuits listed in the directory, and six of them are on the Costa del Sol or just a few minutes away. It's the quintessential tourist province model taken to the extreme: Fuengirola, Mijas, Ojén, Estepona, and the capital city concentrate almost all the offerings, leaving the interior practically empty except for one exception, which happens to be the most interesting of all.

That exception is Karting Campillos, in the municipality of the same name, a good hour from the coast on the way to Seville. With a verified 1,580 meters, it's the longest track in the province and one of the longest in the entire directory. Its location isn't accidental: a circuit of that length requires land and doesn't compete for hotel guests, but rather for those who travel specifically to race. If you're looking for a serious track and not just an afternoon attraction, this is the place in Málaga.

On the coast, the second longest track we've measured is Kart&Fun Estepona, at 1,160 meters. Then they get considerably shorter: Karting Experience Mijas is 900 meters long, and Karting Experience Miramar, in Fuengirola, and Karting Marbella - Funny Hill, in Ojén, are around 500 meters. These are urban or semi-urban track lengths, designed for short sessions and high turnover, which is exactly what an area demands where customers arrive without reservations and with limited time.

The stretch between Fuengirola, Mijas, and Ojén is the most densely populated: three circuits in just twenty kilometers, all outdoors and all with two-seater karts and children's karts according to our records. It's the area where it's easiest to find a spot on a Saturday in August, precisely because there's so much to choose from.

East of the capital, Karting del Sol in Almayate, near Vélez-Málaga, is the only track serving the Axarquía region. Those in Nerja or Torrox have that as a nearby option, and the next closest is the capital itself. We haven't published the track type for two of the seven circuits because we haven't been able to confirm it, and the length is missing for two more: we prefer a concise and accurate description.
