The track

Karting Experience Mijas is a 900-meter outdoor track located in Las Lagunas de Mijas, in the Los Pacos area, which opened in the summer of 2024. It is the second-longest track in the province of Málaga among those measured by this directory, second only to the certified circuit in Campillos, and the longest along the entire coastline.

That difference in length matters: the 900 meters allow for a series of consecutive turns and mean that the fastest lap time depends on driving style, whereas the 500-meter circuits along the coast feature short laps and heavy traffic. For those who want to drive seriously without heading inland, this is the closest option.

The fleet includes the three standard types of cars: single-seater gas-powered cars, two-seaters for carrying a passenger who isn’t driving, and children’s cars. It has a café and terrace, and hosts children’s birthday parties, group events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

It’s open every day from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with no days off.

This is the second location operated by the same company that runs Karting Experience Miramar in Fuengirola, which is a different track—shorter and built on the terrace of a shopping center. They share a website and name, so be sure to check which one you’re booking: they’re about a ten-minute drive from each other.
