The track

Lanzarote Karting is located next to the LZ-20, at the cruce con la LZ-301, which climbs up from Playa Honda in San Bartolomé. It is in the geographical center of the island, roughly equidistant from Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen, and Costa Teguise, where most accommodation is concentrated.

Its layout is around a thousand meters long and includes tight hairpin turns, fast curves leading to the main straight, and a hillside section that keeps turning.

What truly sets it apart is its fleet, which ranges from children as young as three up to a 400cc kart. The youngest children ride in electric karts where an adult can ride in the back to help with the steering. The 160cc cadet kart is for children aged seven to eleven, approximately between 125 and 150 centimeters tall. The 200cc two-seater allows a passenger from the age of four and 90 centimeters tall, with an adult at the wheel. Next comes the restricted 200cc junior kart, the unrestricted 200cc adult kart for those sixteen and over, and a 400cc Pro Kart Extreme with two modified Honda engines, for those who already know what they're doing.

Sessions are eight minutes long and are purchased in packages of two to five. For groups, there are race formats: one with a ten-minute qualifying session and a ten-lap race, and another that includes practice beforehand. The entire track can also be rented for two hours.

It's open from Thursday to Monday, from 12:00 to 18:00, all year round, and it's best to arrive before 16:30. It's closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The facility includes a bar serving food, a games room, a large sunny terrace with televisions, and parking next to the track. They provide full-face helmets and balaclavas; gloves are sold there. Closed-toe shoes are required.

They offer free pick-up from most hotels on the island, with departures at 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, and 15:00 from Thursday to Monday, and from Playa Blanca at 10:30 with prior notice. Advance booking is required, and a minimum number of sessions per driver is required.
