The track

Karting La Vila is an outdoor track located in the Cala Saladar district of Villajoyosa, between Villajoyosa itself and Benidorm, in the heart of the Marina Baixa region. It is 1,050 meters long and has two tracks, making it one of the longest circuits measured by this directory in the province.

Its location makes it one of the most convenient options on the coast: it’s just a few minutes from Benidorm and half an hour from Alicante via the AP-7 or the N-332, in an area with plenty of leisure options where go-karting competes with the beach. The two tracks allow for groups of different skill levels or ages to be separated, and in fact, a large part of its business consists of children’s birthday parties, group events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

The fleet includes the three standard types: single-seater gas-powered karts, two-seaters for passengers who don’t drive, and karts for children. This combination allows an entire family to participate without leaving anyone watching from the fence—which is the most common drawback of a track that only has adult karts.

The hours are generous and easy to remember, which is unusual for the area: it’s open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Since it closes at 8:00 PM, it’s not the place to drive at night—there are nearby tracks with longer hours for that—but it is one of the few available mid-morning any day of the week.
