Karting Jávea

The track

Karting Jávea is an outdoor track located on Cannes Street in Xàbia, in the Marina Alta region, at the northernmost tip of the province of Alicante, near Cape de la Nau. It’s located within the town itself, which is no small feat in this region: the province’s karting options are concentrated on the southern coast and in the Benidorm area, and there are only two tracks in the entire Marina Alta region.

It features gasoline-powered karts, including two-seaters—that is, karts with two seats where one person drives and the other rides along. This option allows you to bring along someone who doesn’t drive—a child who isn’t yet old enough for the kids’ fleet, or someone who doesn’t feel confident driving alone—without them having to watch from the sidelines. There is no separate kids’ fleet, so if you’re going with young children, it’s worth asking about the minimum age and height requirements before you go.

Its activities are geared primarily toward groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and children’s birthday parties—a logical focus in an area with a large residential tourist population, where the track serves as an alternative outing when the weather isn’t cooperating at the beach or on Montgó.

The hours are among the most convenient in the province: it’s open every day of the week, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with no days off. Combined with its proximity to Jávea, Dénia, and Moraira, this makes it the premier go-karting destination in the Marina Alta.
