The track

Kartingrock is located in Cala en Bosc, in Ciutadella de Menorca, and has a unique feature unlike any other track in this directory: it's part of Aquarock, the island's water park. Karting and water slides in the same complex offer a combination that's hard to beat for a family or group where not everyone is looking for speed.

The circuit is entirely outdoors, with technical areas and a long straight, and is approved to host events of the Balearic championship.

The three karting categories are defined by height, which is the real determining factor for who can race: the Children's category (120cc) for drivers 1.20 meters and taller; the Standard category (200cc) for drivers 1.50 meters and taller; and the Double category (270cc) for drivers 1.50 meters and taller. All sessions are ten minutes long. Group sessions are available for groups of five or more.

And now for the most important thing: the opening hours. This isn't just a detail; it's a condition of your visit. It's a seasonal circuit and is only open from May 10th to September 30th. Within those dates, it's open every day in two shifts: in May, June, and September, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and in July and August, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It's also closed on four separate Saturdays: May 16th and 23rd, and September 19th and 26th. Outside of the seasonal period, it's closed.

And a second tip to avoid disappointment: the karting 's schedule is not the same as the water park's; they're different. If you plan to combine both, you need to check both schedules.

It has a restaurant serving pizzas, hamburgers, and hot dogs, open from 12:00 to 16:00, and a bar open from 10:30 to 21:00, with a terrace overlooking the pool. It can be reached by bus line 65 from Ciutadella.
