Lugo has a karting circuit listed in the directory: Karting Arifran, in Viveiro, outdoors, with a track and petrol karts.

Viveiro is located in A Mariña, on the northern coast of the province, a little over an hour from the city of Lugo and overlooking the Cantabrian Sea. It's an area whose population swells considerably in the summer and which remains quite isolated from the rest of Galicia the rest of the year, so a circuit there fills a real need that wouldn't be met by one located inland.

We haven't been able to verify the track length, so we haven't published it. Nor have we published the schedule: on a coastal circuit in the north, the difference between August and February is usually significant, and we'd rather you call ahead than publish information that could lead to a wasted trip.

Lugo city doesn't have its own racetrack, nor do Monforte de Lemos or the Ribeira Sacra region. For those in the city, the closest alternatives are in Pontevedra—the Kartódromo Valga, on the way to Santiago—or in A Coruña, with its indoor track. From the south of the province, the tracks in Ourense and Pontevedra are more accessible.
