Lleida has two very different karting circuits, quite far apart from each other. Karting El Pla, in El Pla de Sant Tirs, in the Alt Urgell region, boasts 1,400 meters of verified track and four lanes: it's one of the most complete facilities in the directory, located in the heart of the Pre-Pyrenees and on the way to Andorra. Zona Karting el Paradell is in Torregrossa, on the Les Garrigues plain, a few kilometers from the city of Lleida, and has two lanes.
Four slopes in a single facility is something only five or six circuits in all of Spain boast, and in a sparsely populated mountain region, it's particularly striking. This is explained by its location: the C-14 and N-260 highways carry through traffic heading to Andorra and the ski valleys, and it's an area where summer afternoon activities are in high demand.
The Torregrossa track covers the plains and the area of Lleida city, which does not have a circuit within its municipal boundaries. It is about twenty minutes away by road.
Both are listed as outdoor circuits and both offer two-seater karts and children's karts. Neither is listed as indoors, which is something to keep in mind in a province with Pyrenean winters and Segrià summers: these are two distinct climates within the same province, and neither is pleasant year-round.
We do not publish the length of the track at Zona Karting el Paradell because we have not been able to verify it.
