The track
Marlon Kart is located at kilometer 993 of the N-340 in Oropesa del Mar, on the coast of Castellón. It is an outdoor circuit and one of the venues that hosts the most competitive events in the Valencian Community: it has hosted rounds of the Spanish Karting Championship and the regional championship, and organizes two long-running competitions of its own, the LOS40 Karting Grand Prix and the LOS40 Endurance Championship, both now in their eighth edition or more.
Its karting series has four classes, all featuring four-stroke karts and eight-minute heats, with eligibility requirements based on both height and age: the Infantil class, with 120 cc karts, for drivers aged 8 and older and at least 1.32 meters tall; the Junior class, 270 cc, for drivers aged 13 and older and at least 1.55 meters tall; the Superkart class, 390 cc, for drivers 18 and older; and a 270 cc two-seater for an adult to drive with a child.
That 1.55-meter height requirement for the Junior category is the key detail to check before bringing a teenager: it’s a tall height, and a 13-year-old who doesn’t meet it falls between two categories. In that case, the two-seater is the way to go.
For groups, there are three well-staggered formats, all including a welcome session and briefing: the Mini Prize, featuring an eight-minute timed session and a twelve-lap final; the Grand Prix, featuring a time trial and two 12-lap races; and the Endurance event, which is booked by the hour—from one to three hours—with an optional time trial. All three formats conclude with a podium ceremony. There’s also a special experience for the youngest kids, Tour&Kids.
The schedule is the most detailed section of their website, and it’s best to read it carefully, as there are three different schedules running simultaneously and they change with the season. From September through June, rental karts are available Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Sundays until 5:00 p.m.; group sessions run every day until 5:00 p.m.; and private karting is available every day until 4:00 p.m. In July and August, the track stays open until 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, but it’s closed on Sundays—which is exactly the opposite of what you’d expect in a beach area during the summer.
It has its own shop for spare parts and accessories, and it sells gift experiences.
It does not list the track’s length or width: that information is missing from this profile, although it does offer a downloadable map of the circuit.

Are you Marlon Kart?
We wrote this listing ourselves from your own website. It is free and it will stay free: being here costs nothing. What we are building is what comes next — online booking, rider meet-ups, prepayment, a management panel and fleet control —, and that part will be paid. If you want to see it or ask what it costs, we will show you with no commitment.
