Karting Racing Dakart Sanxenxo

The track

Karting Racing Dakart Sanxenxo is located in Playa Major, in Noalla, within the municipality of Sanxenxo, right in the heart of the Pontevedra estuary. It has three tracks, one of which is unique in this directory: in addition to the main track and a beginner’s track, it features a track on a lake.

Its fleet consists of four Sodikart models with clearly marked categories, and it’s important to read them carefully because one is more restrictive than usual: the 160 cc LR6 for the children’s track, for ages 6 and up; the 270 cc RT8 on the adult track, for ages 14 and up; the 390 cc RT10, only for those 18 and older; and the 390 cc 2DRIVE two-seater, for two adults or one adult with a child—but the child must be at least 14 years old.

That last condition is the one to keep in mind before going as a family: at most tracks, the two-seater is specifically designed to accommodate a small child, but not here. For children under 14, the option is the kids’ track with the LR6, for ages 6 and up.

Sessions last eight minutes, and you can purchase one or two. There’s a café on site.

A note to avoid confusion: there are two other circuits called Racing Dakart listed here, in Valencia and Jerez de la Frontera. They share the name, but none of the three websites mentions the others, so it cannot be confirmed that they are part of the same company.
