The track
Karting Indoor Plaza is an indoor track located in the Plaza Imperial Shopping Center in Zaragoza, next to Diagonal Avenue. Since it’s indoors, driving conditions are the same in January as they are in August, and it’s the only indoor track in the province listed in this directory.
Its fleet consists of two SodiKart models, and the requirements are very specific. The GT5 features a state-of-the-art 10 CV Honda engine, an adjustable seat and pedals, full-length bumpers, a roll cage with an automatic seatbelt, and a hydraulic brake: it’s for drivers 16 years of age or older, or those at least 1.60 meters tall if younger, with a maximum weight of 150 kilos. The 6 CV Fun Kid is the children’s model: for drivers at least 1.40 meters tall, weighing up to 100 kilos, and with a signed permission slip. It features extra fiberglass seats and padded seats for side-impact protection.
And here’s something you should know before planning any family activities: they don’t have two-seaters. That means a child under 1.40 meters cannot drive under any circumstances, not even with an adult present. For younger children, there are other outdoor options in Zaragoza.
Group sessions consist of full races, not individual heats: the Race includes a briefing, a ten-minute timed session, a break, a formation lap, and a ten-minute race with points awarded by position; the Grand Prix adds a ten-minute free practice session beforehand. On Thursdays, the sessions are nine minutes long instead of ten.
For birthday parties, there’s a private Paddock room that seats up to 150 people, featuring racing-themed decor, access to the VIP area, and snacks. These are for children under 16, with a minimum of six drivers and the same minimum height requirement of 1.40; if there aren’t six participants, parents can drive a junior kart.
From September through May, it offers driving lessons for children, focused on road safety and self-control rather than speed. It has a bar serving dinner, a shop, and special offers for military personnel, firefighters, Civil Guard members, Youth Card holders, and large families.
Two practical notes: You must wear closed-toe shoes and pants—flip-flops, sandals, heels, and wide-soled boots are not allowed—and a balaclava is mandatory, at an additional cost of €1.50.

Are you Karting Indoor Plaza?
We wrote this listing ourselves from your own website. It is free and it will stay free: being here costs nothing. What we are building is what comes next — online booking, rider meet-ups, prepayment, a management panel and fleet control —, and that part will be paid. If you want to see it or ask what it costs, we will show you with no commitment.
