Ariza Racing Circuit

The track

Ariza Racing Circuit is located in Vereda de Juan Pac, in Fuensalida, halfway between Madrid and Toledo. It has been in operation since 2019, and its track measures 800 meters in length and eight meters in width: six right-hand turns, three left-hand turns, and three straights.

The track layout has two unique features that aren’t mentioned in the brochure. The first is that all the turns have inside banking—that is, the track is sloped toward the inside of the turn—which provides more grip and allows drivers to go faster with less risk of losing the rear end; at a rental kart track, where most people have never raced before, this makes a big difference. The second is that the circuit can be driven in both directions—clockwise and counterclockwise—so in practice there are two different layouts, and driving back isn’t just repeating the same route.

It also has two hard braking zones, which is where the real overtaking happens: a track without them turns into a single-file line where the fastest driver can’t pass.

The driver facilities are among the most comprehensive in the directory: live timing, driver registration, and weekly, monthly, and annual rankings and records, with accumulated points redeemable for free sessions. For frequent visitors, this turns individual sessions into a full season.

Beyond rentals, it has its own racing team in 2-stroke, 4-stroke, and rental categories; opens the track to private karts and motorcycles; rents out pit boxes; offers a mini-introductory course; and features the Box-Bar for events and birthdays. The same group runs the Ariza Racing School, which offers competitive karting courses at various locations throughout the country.
