Cordoba has two karting circuits and there is a difference of more than four to one between them in length, which makes them options that hardly compete with each other.
The Circuito de Villafranca, also known as Karting Villafranca, is located in Villafranca de Córdoba, about thirty kilometers from the city of Córdoba along the Guadalquivir River. Its verified length is 1,256 meters. It's a long track, allowing for several different racing lines, and is best suited for those who want to practice their driving skills rather than just spend half an hour on the track.
Karting Indoor Córdoba is located in the city itself and is an indoor track, with a verified 300-meter circuit: the shortest track listed in the entire directory. That doesn't make it worse; it makes it something else entirely—a technical track with linked curves and fast laps—but it's good to know this before you go looking for top speed.
In a city where summer temperatures easily exceed forty degrees Celsius, having an indoor street circuit is probably the most sensible thing that could have happened. It's the only one in the directory in the entire province that allows you to ride in August at midday without hesitation.
Both tracks have gasoline-powered karts and a single track each, and we have verified the length of both. The areas without nearby coverage are the south of the province—Lucena, Puente Genil, Cabra—and the Los Pedroches region to the north: in both, the nearest track is more than an hour away.
