Burgos has only two karting circuits, but one of them is the longest track in the entire directory: the Circuito Kotarr in Tubilla del Lago, with a verified length of 2,250 meters. No other circuit listed here comes close, and the difference with the second longest—the 1,699 meters of Zuera—is more than half a kilometer.

Kotarr is not your average rental go karting. It's a competition facility, located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero countryside in Burgos, over an hour from the city and far from any major town. Its existence there, at that distance, can only be explained by a dedicated fanbase that travels specifically for the track.

The contrast with the other circuit in the province is almost cartoonish: Karting Indoor Burgos, in the city itself, is 350 meters long, also certified. The difference in length between the two is more than six to one. And both are exactly what they claim to be: one is a competition track and the other is a fun afternoon out in the city, regardless of the weather—which in Burgos, with its winters, is a significant advantage.

For those looking for a place to ride, the choice in this province is unusually simple: there are no intermediate options to compare. You either go to Tubilla del Lago for some serious laps, or you stay in Burgos city for a session with friends.

Both circuits consist of gasoline karts and a single track each, and we have the length confirmed for both, which is a proportion that is not found in many provinces.
