The track
OcioKart is located in Güeñes, in the Enkarterri valley, half an hour from Bilbao. Its track is approximately 900 meters long with a minimum width of eight meters and has ten curves.
It's one of the circuits that best documents its own activity, and that says a lot about how they approach it: they publish the circuit records in real time, both from this year and previous years, and keep track of the races held, which exceed 147,000. The track record is measured to the thousandth of a second, at 47.686 seconds. For those who return, having a record to beat and a history to look back on is precisely what makes it so appealing.
It has a karting school, caters to birthday parties and groups, and sells gift vouchers. It also offers a virtual tour of the facilities on its website, so you can see what it's like before you go.
Two practical things, and the second is important in Vizcaya. It's open every day from 11:00 AM until dusk, with no fixed hours: daylight dictates the schedule.
