The track

Karting Cabanillas is located in Cabanillas del Campo, in Guadalajara, just a stone's throw from the Madrid highway. Its track is 850 meters long and has fourteen curves—eight to the right and six to the left—but what truly defines it is not the flatness: it is the ten-meter incline.

Ten meters of elevation change over an 850-meter length transforms the track into something very different from a flat circuit. Going uphill, the kart loses momentum and you have to brake earlier; going downhill, the opposite is true. That's why it's presented as one of the most technical circuits in the Madrid area, and the description holds true.

It has three types of karts—children's, adult, and double—plus a fleet reserved exclusively for championship races: Sodikart RT10 four-stroke 270cc karts with ballast boxes. This detail deserves explanation: the ballast allows all participants to be weight-equalized, so the race is decided by driving skill, not by weight. This is what makes a championship fair, and almost no rental track offers this feature.

The track has detection strips at the finish line and at the pit lane entrance and exit, so the times are real, and there is a driver record to keep them.

For groups of eight or more, it offers exclusive use of the track with an official competition setup, including qualifying and racing. Children's birthday parties can be organized combining go-karts and paintball with snacks. It has a bar-restaurant with terraces overlooking the circuit and opens the track to private go-karts and motorcycles.
